Payment terms:

 

All hires are subject to a deposit of at least 45% unless otherwise agreed in writing (Deposit is non-refundable)

The remaining balance to be paid in full and cleared 14 days prior to the event start date. 

 

Please note, if your event is within 21 days, the full balance is due to confirm the booking.

 

Please note that by paying the deposit or any funds to Marvellous Glow this means that you have a read, agree and fully understand our terms & conditions listed below.

Terms & Conditions

 

Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation email

 

By placing an order with us either verbally or via e-mail regardless of whether a booking form has been returned or deposit paid it is deemed that the customer has read, understood, fully agreed to and is bound by all our terms

 

In the event that the hire does not start at the agreed time, as setup has been delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances that are no fault Marvellous Glow Ltd, then the hire will still end as per the agreed time on the invoice. In the event that we have set up in time but the hire does not start at the agreed time due to over running of previous activities by you or venue, the hire will still end as per the agreed time on the invoice.

 

Marvellous Glow Ltd cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event; these may include but are not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of our vehicles, sickness or equipment failure. In the case that we cannot attend or fulfil your hire due to events beyond our control, we will contact you or the venue as soon as possible. In these instances, our liability will be limited to refunding all of the monies paid.

 

Cancellations

 

If the booking is cancelled more than 4 weeks before the event date only 45% (the deposit) will be due.

 

If the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the event date 100% of the balance will be due and Marvellous Glow reserves the right to send an invoice for the full remaining balance.

If your event needs to be cancelled due to Covid19, we can either refund any monies paid or postpone to a new date (subject to availability). 

Any refunds or cancellations will take 30 days from the request being authorised to be credited back to the account details provided.

 

Equipment

 

Marvellous Glow is responsible for all PAT testing on its equipment. If the venue requires a copy of the PAT testing certificate Marvellous Glow will provide this.

 

The company reserves the right to substitute hired equipment with equipment of a similar type and value without notice in the event of previous damage or loss of booked equipment.

 

All sizes quoted are approximate.

 

All goods remain the property of Marvellous Glow at all times.

 

The company reserves the right to amend or alter any product specifications without prior notice. 

 

All clients are asked not to sit on the light up letters, move them from one area to another or touch bulbs or electrics. 

 

If there is an issue with the equipment supplied by Marvellous Glow, please call 0800 689 0484 immediately. 

Site Location, Facilities & Conduct

 

The equipment is to be setup by Marvellous Glow staff only and must not be moved once the equipment is setup. Equipment may only be moved my Marvellous Glow staff.

 

Please ensure that you have obtained permission at your venue to use our equipment.

 

Please let us know if there are any special requirements prior to the day of the setup. This includes if there are specific things we should know about the venue or where the equipment is going to be setup. This includes uneven surfaces, heights or restricted access.

 

Marvellous Glow reserve the right to remove equipment from the venue if it is felt that the equipment could be compromised or broken by patrons. 

 

Liability

 

The client agrees to cover the company for any damage or theft of the company’s equipment whilst on hire.

 

Marvellous Glow accepts no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and or any injury arising from the use of the hired equipment. This is not limited to your guests. 

 

Public Liability Insurance is in place, covering Marvellous Glow up to £5,000,000. If you or your venue require a copy of this please email hello@marvellousglow.com
